Teaching Experience

  • Over 9 years of Experience in teaching in law and other subjects for LL.B., Judicial services exams, CLAT, UPSC, PSC, and CS, with clearing Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh Judicial Services Exams prelims and Madhya Pradesh PSC prelims exam twice.

Research Projects

  • Completed project as Co-Investigator on Insertion of the Amendments in all the Acts of Government of Gujarat- funded by the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Dept. Govt. of Gujarat funded Project (2022-23). Two project proposals were prepared for Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Govt. of Gujarat and both are approved and sanctioned by the department. Assisting as Co-I for the project titled ‘Listing out the amendments and to insert the suggested amendments to the Government of Gujarat Acts approved and enacted by the Government of Gujarat.’ Both the projects are approved and sanctioned for Rs. 24,72,500. Worked on the ‘‘Listing out the amendments and to insert the suggested amendments to the Government of Gujarat Acts approved and enacted by the Government of Gujarat since 1960”. Both the projects are completed, approved by the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Govt. of Gujarat and successfully submitted to the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Govt. of Gujarat in April 2024.
  • Completed as Co- Investigator a Project Sanctioned by NHRC titled as ‘A study on the status, functioning and effectiveness of Swadhar Greh and Ujjawala Homes for women and adolescent girls in the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Assam, Chhattisgarh and Tamil Nadu’ (2024).
  • Completed the research project as Co- Investigator, funded by Government of Gujarat on ‘A critical analysis of the compliance for IMO’s Sulphur Cap Mandate 2020 and its impacts with regard to the selected Gujarat Port- the Mundra Port’ with Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, Director, GNLU (2021-2022).
  • Worked on Research project on In The Face Of Covid-19: Assessing the Readiness of India’s E-Court Structure.
  • Completed Policy research on ‘Resource Mining and Law of the Sea: Issues and Challenges for India’ (2018-19).
  • Research project completed on In The Face Of Covid-19: Assessing the Readiness of India’s E-Court Structure.
  • Assisted in Project funded by Govt. of Gujarat on ‘Primary care takers and Interparental Cross Border Child Custody Disputes- Should India sign Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction 1980?’ (2017-18). 
  • Assisted in research project on UN Voting Pattern-Study of EXIM Bank Associated Countries Voting Trends in UNSC, ECOSOC and UNGA. (2017-18).  
  • Served as faculty editor for 3 flagship GNLU journals (one UGC CARE listed journal) published by EBC and Thomson Reuters (2019-2022). Faculty Editor for GNLU Journal of Law Development and Politics. (2019- continuing) 
  • Attended and presented the project with Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, Director, Gujarat National Law University; on ‘A Critical Analysis of preparedness for IMO’s Sulphur Cap Mandate 2020, and it’s impact on the Business of Ports of Gujarat’.in Regional Seminar on IMO 2020 Sulphur Cap- Implementation and its impact in Indian Waters on 05th November 2019, organised by the Mercantile Marine Department Chennai, Ministry of Shipping, India in association with Indian Oil Corporation.
  • Working on one GoG project on Primary care takers and Interparental Cross-border Child Custody Disputes- Should India sign Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction 1980? under the guidance of Ms. Harsha Rajwanshi (Asst. Professor of Law and Director GNLU-Centre for Private International Law) at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.
